Wellness Plan Notice for Employees

At Louisa County Public Schools, we are committed to promoting wellness programs within our school division, especially for our employees!

LCPS staff members, remember to visit your PCP/Doctor for your Annual Physical. To hopefully make the process easier, we have added a form (included below) that you can take with you to be signed by your physician to ensure you get credit. 

To be eligible for a discount, the physical must occur between March 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027 AND this form must be turned in to LCPS Payroll (Brittany Beachem) by March 12, 2027.
