PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
This is to advise that the Louisa County School Board will hold a public hearing in accordance with Virginia Code ยง 15.2-1800, at its Regular Meeting on October 7, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at 953 Davis Highway, Mineral, VA 23117, to consider the potential grant and conveyance of a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress along a 50-foot right of way located in Green Springs District, Louisa County, Virginia, on real property owned by the School Board identified as tax map numbers 23-46, 47, and 48, and adjacent to a parcel identified as tax map number 23-43.
All interested persons may attend and express their views. Following the public hearing, the School Board may take action to approve disposition of the property.
