LCHS Carpentry students are receiving valuable, hands-on experience thanks to two unique and exciting projects this semester!
Carpentry II and Carpentry III students are currently working on building an entire garage!
The students have handled every aspect of the project, from preparing the foundation to setting beams and installing the frame.
Students have been working on the project since the start of the Fall 2023 semester and are scheduled to finish the garage within the next few weeks!
Meanwhile, Carpentry I students are collaborating to build their very own shed!
The project gives students a great opportunity to develop fundamental skills that will help them as they move through the carpentry program.
